The Flexible 10-Pay Plan is designed to give college students and their parents the ability to spread the cost of the Student Health Plan across 10 payments.  25% of the plan cost (or 3 months) PLUS a $20 enrollment fee for CPA will be charged to your credit card when you enroll.  After your up-front payment, your credit card will be charged nine equal payments for nine months, INCUDING a $5 installment fee each month. All costs are included in the pricing table above.
