• Cell Phone or PDA, like a Blackberry or iPhone
• Books and School Supplies
• Clothes
• Certain Jewelry (special limit applies for this item)
• Musical Instruments

Policies vary from carrier to carriers, but Assurant's Renters Insurance, provided by GradGuard, covers direct physical loss to personal property when damaged by the following:

• Fire
• Lightning
• Windstorm or hail
• Explosion
• Smoke
• Vandalism
• Theft
• Falling objects
• Weight of ice, snow, or sleet
• Accidental water overflow
• Accidental burning of certain appliances
• Accidental damage from artificially generated current
